The Fairbank Cocktail is a simple variation of the classic martini with a basic 2:1 gin martini, with two dashes of Crème de Noyaux adding flavour of sweet apricot brandy.
The Fairbank Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1½ oz London Dry Gin
¾ oz French Vermouth
2 dashes Crème de Noyaux
1–2 dashes of Orange Bitters
Assembly
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel or with a cherry.
